Preston Farrm is owned by the Brewers Fair group, this venue was very open and spacious inside. Great for family outings with a play area inside and out for the little ones. Pool table inside and TV screens showing the latest sports events. Staff are pleasant, polite and well presented. On this occasion I dined in having the mixed grill, kids has fish bites with fries, spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread. Food was served on time, hot and tasted nice. Deserts also available. A varied menu serving the usual style pub foods were on the menu such as carvery, roast dinners and different burger meal options plus others. Large carpark with disabled spaces close to the entrance. Inside the toilets were clean and fresh, baby changing facilities are also on site. I would dine in this venue again. Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others.

Arrived in restaurant and sign on entrance said wait to be seated, so stood & waited. Staff were walking around but no one came over, so walked up to staff to ask and was told to sit anywhere. I ordered fish and chips, which had before here and fish was big. This time, fish was quite small and came curled up on the plate (no photo) which means it was cooked skin down. I tried to flatten it, hence photo of the missing batter. Ordered a side of crispy chicken wings w/o sauce.. crispy yes but actual meat was very dry and tasted like they were recooked, not good. Fish itself tasted ok, but not very big, chips just basic cheap frozen ones. Pepper sauce tasted good though. I mentioned the fish issue to one of the servers but was told it's just what they receive. Disappointing meal and when relaxing having a post meal drink, staff hoovering around the tables where being sat, so felt under pressure to leave so they could finish cleaning.

Kudos to staff member Diane managing to keep things running so smoothly whilst unexpectedly very short staffed. Diane remained cheerful and engaging with us customers and nothing was too much trouble! Chef Ryan cooked up the best vegan breakfast I'd had in a long time and I ended up ordering it all again! An unexpected but well worthy visit! We'll be back!

The lady who was serving was out of her depth. She spent too much time chatting instead of doing her job. When we went in a lot of tables had not been cleared. When she was going to the kitchen she was going empty handed. We had to wait for her to take our order as she was unaware we had booked a cooked Breakfast. When we recieved our breakfast most of it was cold apart from the sausages. We did not complain at the time as we did not want to wait any longer. Nothing apart from the eggs were freshly cooked.

Used in conjunction with the Premier Inn next door. Standard pub food, not badly priced with helpful and charismatic staff. Pool table and machines available as well as a children's play area.
